Being possessed with stable 6 digits test resolution, frequency range of 50Hz-100kHz, signal level of 0.1V-1.0V, up to 40 meas/sec of test speed, it can meet all requirements for measuring components and materials and provide guarantees for production line quality assurance, incoming inspection and laboratory precision measurements.
